better than i expected and for sure better than a 4 star hotel we stayed before on the island

Very good Location in the center of Chaweng beach, we booked a room in hotel building but since there is no elevator in the building we asked to change to bungalow and they gave us a very nice bungalow at an extra cost of 300 baht/night only, we asked also to add breakfast and they did a discount 20% for both of us for the breakfast which was very nice by the way, the room was very nice big with big bathroom, good internet and near the pool which was near the beach, the stuff very very helpful and friendly

No elevator in hotel, better pay a bit extra to stay on the bungalows, the beach and the sea not so good for swimming, have sea urchin and lot of seaweeds, too much sun and no have umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel so you can not stay for long on that area of the beach, you can walk in near beach bars to stay under umbrellas on the beach with 500 baht/person, on a last note one night we had an emergency and we needed to call ambulance and no one was in reception to help us, eventually we did took a taxi a few meters out of the hotel but i find it not appropriate for a hotel to not have someone in reception after midnight

Really Good place to stay at and for Good price.

Friendly staff, Good food. Really Nice location in Chaweng but quiet and no mysig from bars etc. Have stayed there serveras times now and you get a lot for the Good price. Nice gardens also. Nice breakfast and we liked they had the omelet chef.

Maybe the beds are a bit to hard, but they are ok compared to other places we stayed at.

have booked to stay again but away from construction area.

location was perfect. Food was nice . room was clean but in need of repair. housekeeping service was excellent as one time I was hungover and didn't get up all day I woke to find fresh towels and water bottles outside my door it was a nice touch.

Constuction next door made a lot of noise sledgehammers and impact drills going most of the time and my room was facing it all. also noisy kids in room below me no fault of resort though just bad parents with no consideration for other guests . also pool area not enough sun beds and rude people baring them by leaving stuff on them the staff should remove the stuff after an hour if no one using them.

Location is right on the beach,the room was second from the pool and then was the beach.The pool was never crowded and plenty of loungers,the breakfast was very good.

Good for families.bad mosquito's

Location was great if you want to be in central chewang. The pool was nice and good location beach wise. Good hotel for families. Breakfast was good.

Mosquito's!!!! They are very bad at this hotel. They would benefit from getting some pest control. The shower could use a deeper clean. We had to change rooms because the sewer system was very bad in our room and it smelt a lot but the staff were accommodating in us changing. No smart TV.

Bungalows are connected by a door that doesn’t give enough privacy. Can hear everything that happens in the neighbours room.

Pool villa was excellent value and we used the pool a lot. Size of villa was also great and the location of the property amazing. Happy hour at the bar is also good value.

Breakfast was average, no one told us you could order eggs from the kitchen, in fact no one came to us at all. The cushions on sun loungers are old and frayed so we just stuck to our little pool which was fine.

The morning buffet staff kept to themselves and did not serve customers. There was an omelette station but nobody there, there was a fresh coffee machine,but nobody serving coffee. The housekeeping staff were wonderful—did a good job and friendly

Great location! You can still enjoy the privacy & quietness amid busy Chaweng street. The overall standard of the hotel is great and staff service were exceptional. I will certainly be staying here again!

Location was excellent. Right on the beach, close to the bars, but far enough from the clubs that the noise won’t keep you awake.

Restaurant had great food, but maybe a little pricy. Rooms were clean but old and probably due for a renovation.

Great location, right on the beach yet close to the main street and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars.

Drainage was poor in the shower and shower head sprayed the water in all directions.

I got a private pool villa and LOVED it. The villa feels so private yet is right next to everything in Chaweng - restaurants, shopping and the beach. Thank you to the really lovely women at the reception. They were some of the nicest hotel staff I met on my trip.

Location is great. Perfect for nightlife but still nice and quiet. Hotel is clean with good shower and comfy beds. Have stayed here 3 times now and always been a good experience.

Couldn’t fault this place one bit. The villas are super cool and pretty quiet. Excellent location, close to the action and the beach is right outside your door. Safe, convenient, and the value for money is terrific. Each day, the tide goes down and the workers clean the beach with a rake and serve dinner out there. Amazing!
